Rules

  1. The house is rented on a daily basis as part of the provided accommodation service.

  2. A day lasts from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM.

  3. If guests wish to extend their stay beyond the period indicated upon arrival, they should contact the following number: 604-558-055

  4. Requests for extended stays will be considered based on availability, and additional fees may apply.

  5. Pets are accepted upon agreement with the property.
  6. Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  7. The behavior of guests and those using the accommodation services should not disturb other guests.
  8. The owner can refuse further service to anyone who violates this rule and is not then obligated to refund the money for the unused period
  9. Holiday Home Vegas charges a deposit of PLN 1,500 for the stay in the apartment. This will be charged separately by the accommodation provider prior to arrival or upon check-in The deposit is refundable within 7 days after check-out if no damage is found. 

OWNER'S OBLIGATIONS:

  1. The owner is committed to ensuring the full rest of the guests.

  2. The owner is obligated to prepare the apartment before the guest's arrival.

  3. The owner must immediately address any comments and reservations about the level of service, operation of the facility's equipment, cleanliness, and order, by taking action to immediately remedy defects and shortcomings.

  4. The owner is not responsible for the loss of valuable items left in the property or their damage.

GUEST'S OBLIGATIONS:

  1. Every time a guest leaves the property, they should check that the door is locked.

  2. The guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction to the property's equipment and technical devices caused by their own fault or the fault of their visitors. It is forbidden for guests to interfere with the equipment, layout, furniture arrangement, and security of the apartment.

  3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.

  4. Organizing social events in the apartment is not allowed.

 

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION  

  1. In the event of a cancellation by the Customer, the deposit paid remains with the facility.
  2. The facility has the right to cancel a confirmed reservation within 24 hours from the moment the deposit is credited. In this case, the deposit is refunded to the Customer.

FEES

  1. The Customer is obliged to pay the deposit indicated when making the reservation. They can do this using:
    • Electronic payment - wire transfer and e-transfer conducted via Przelewy24.
  1. The remaining part of the payment for the entire stay is to be paid by the Customer upon arrival at the facility.
  2. The Customer incurs no costs associated with the Online Reservation process.
  3. Please send complaints by email to: holidayhomevega@interia.pl, the review period is up to 14 working days.

REGULATION ACCEPTANCE:

  1. This regulation is made available on the property's website, is available in the rooms, and is provided to interested clients before the contract is concluded.

  2. Making a reservation at Holiday Home Vegas means accepting these Regulations.

  3. Payments are handled by Przelewy24.
